Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a remote Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM to drive ecosystem development across ISV, neocloud, hyperscaler and frontier-model partnerships in the US. You will shape joint value propositions, run technical and commercial workstreams, and own partner route blueprints with a strong emphasis on security, telemetry, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partner ecosystem development experience focusing on ISV, neocloud, hyperscaler, or OEM relationships.
• 5+ years of GTM strategy experience and commercialization of emerging technologies, including early-stage customer wins.
• 5+ years of designing and executing complex joint offers (embedded, sell-to, sell-through, marketplace).
• Strong ability to produce route-specific blueprints covering APIs, tenancy, telemetry, data handling, lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined ISV, neocloud/hyperscaler, and frontier-model-provider portfolio.
• Qualify partner models and customer routes; drive product and technical-commercial workstreams.
• Track partner opportunities through validation gates and manage joint-offer design and execution.
