Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM within Cisco's Incubation & Emerging Technologies. You will own an ISV/neocloud/hyperscaler portfolio, qualify models, and drive joint value propositions across embedded, sell-to, sell-through, and marketplace offers.

You will develop route-specific blueprints for APIs, tenancy, telemetry, data handling, RBAC, and partner billing while coordinating with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable pilots and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years in partner ecosystem development with ISV/hyperscaler/OEM relationships.
5+ years GTM strategy and emerging technologies commercialization, with early wins.
5+ years in designing and executing complex joint offers (embedded, sell-to, marketplace).
Strong ability to produce route-specific blueprints covering APIs, tenancy, telemetry, data handling.

Responsibilities

Own a defined partner portfolio including ISV, neocloud, hyperscaler, OEM relationships.
Qualify partner models and customer routes; drive joint value propositions.
Lead product and technical-commercial workstreams for embedded, sell-to, sell-through, and marketplace.
Track opportunities through validation gates with measurable pilot outcomes.
