Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM within the Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team. You will own a defined partner portfolio and drive joint value propositions across multiple go-to-market models.

You will operate autonomously to deliver measurable pilot and commercial outcomes, requiring 8+ years in partner ecosystems and 5+ years in GTM strategy, with strong capability to design route-specific blueprints and negotiate complex contracts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in partner ecosystem development (ISV, neocloud, hyperscaler or OEM).
• 5+ years validated background in GTM strategy and emerging tech commercialization.
• 5+ years demonstrated ability to design and execute complex joint offers (embedded, sell-to, sell-through, marketplace).
• Strong technical competence to produce route-specific blueprints (APIs, telemetry, data handling, lifecycle management).

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage ISV/hyperscaler/OEM partnerships within the portfolio.
• Develop joint value propositions and drive product/technical-commercial workstreams.
• Create route-specific blueprints covering APIs, tenancy, telemetry, RBAC, data handling and lifecycle management.
