Job summary

Cisco Systems is hiring a Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM on a remote US basis. You will own a defined partner portfolio across ISV, neocloud, hyperscaler, and frontier-model providers, and drive value propositions and technical-commercial workstreams.

You will design joint offers and route blueprints, coordinating with product, tech, and sales teams to achieve measurable pilots and outcomes. Advanced negotiation, financial acumen, and autonomous execution are key as you help scale

Qualifications

8+ years building partner ecosystems with ISV, cloud providers, or OEMs.
5+ years GTM strategy and early-stage technology commercialization.
5+ years delivering complex joint offers including embedded, sell-to, and marketplace models.
Strong ability to produce route-specific blueprints for APIs, telemetry, data handling, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Own a defined partner portfolio including ISV, neocloud/hyperscaler, and frontier-model providers.
Qualify partner models, craft joint value propositions, and drive cross-functional workstreams.
Develop route-specific blueprints covering API/SDK, tenancy, telemetry, and partner billing.
Track opportunities through validation gates and secure measurable pilot and commercial outcomes.
