Job summary

New Balance Athletics in Atlanta, GA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to strengthen the store's performance and guest experience. You will open/close the store, coach associates, and drive results through our service model, while modeling New Balance's core competencies on the sales floor.

You should bring 2 years of retail supervisory experience (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates
• Be results-driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development of associates
• Deliver a great guest experience utilizing our GUEST service model
• Opening/closing the store
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures
