New Balance in Sevierville, TN is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to support opening/closing duties, drive sales results, and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example, coaching associates and upholding New Balance's service standards.

The role requires 18+ years, leadership ability, and a flexible schedule to meet store demands, including weekends/holidays. Previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive results by training and developing staff to hit KPIs.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Open and close the store as part of daily operations.
• Follow safety regulations and proper lifting procedures.
