New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead for our Woodstock, GA store. You will open/close the store, drive results, and deliver a world class guest experience by modeling New Balance core competencies.

lead by example on the sales floor, coach associates, and help achieve KPIs through training and development. This role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability on a retail floor.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays to meet store needs.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor and coach associates.
• Drive store results by achieving KPIs through training and development.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience using our service model.
• Open/close the store.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations (lifting procedures).
