New Balance in Woodstock, GA is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to open/close the store, drive results and deliver a world-class guest experience. You will lead by example through New Balance's Core Competencies.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service and communication, with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years' retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a thriving retail business, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor while coaching associates.
• Be results-driven in achieving store KPIs through training and development of associates.
• Deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model.
• Open/close the store.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures.
