Job summary

New Balance is seeking a full-time Retail Team Lead to join our Retail Leadership Team. You will lead by example on the sales floor, coach teammates, and drive store results while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, merchandising, training associates, hiring top talent, ensuring safety and operational procedures, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years’ retail supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Be a positive leadership presence on the sales floor, coaching associates.
• Drive results by achieving store KPIs through training and development.
• Assist/lead store merchandising and presentation.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience using the company’s service model.
• Open/close the store and manage operational procedures.
• Involve in recruiting, interviewing and hiring top talent.
• Follow safety and reporting regulations and maintain a safe environment.
