Job summary

Blockworks is hiring two Business Development Representatives to launch our outbound team. You will identify and engage decision-makers at fintechs, banks, exchanges, and tech firms building in crypto, then schedule qualified meetings for our sellers.

This role emphasizes autonomy as we scale and build new processes. You’ll run outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm intros, and contribute to a scalable system while learning our tools and messaging.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-volume outbound outreach across multiple channels.
• Experience writing effective cold emails that generate replies.
• Comfortable speaking with executives on calls.
• Strong resilience to rejection in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in crypto/Blockchain and ability to self-educate.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound on email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other channels.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations and identify prospects.
• Book qualified meetings for SDE/CSM and hand off with context.
• Leverage events and conferences to generate qualified meetings.
• Document effective approaches to help scale the outbound process.
