Job summary

CoinCortex Finance seeks a Business Development Representative to open conversations with payment processors, exchanges, wallets, and corporate treasuries. You will research target accounts, run outbound outreach, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

You will maintain CRM records so Account Executives can close with context, and you will work with marketing and product so campaigns and demos match what buyers actually need.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, or business development.
• Confident outbound communication by email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Clear written and verbal communication with finance and operations buyers.
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts across payments, exchanges, wallets, and treasuries.
• Run outbound sequences and qualify inbound leads against our ideal-client profile.
• Book discovery meetings and hand off complete opportunity notes to sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, conversion, and pipeline reporting.
• Support industry events, partner introductions, and follow-up campaigns.
