Job summary

Blockworks is hiring two BDRs to kickstart our outbound team. You will find the right contact at fintech, exchanges and other crypto players, booking qualified calls for our sellers. You’ll experiment and document what works as you help scale our systems.

In this remote-first role (NYC office optional), you’ll be measured on qualified meetings and earn uncapped variable pay. Base salary ranges from $60k–$70k with OTE $90k–$110k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to leverage AI to improve outbound workflows.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound campaigns.
• Proven track record with cold emails and remote outreach.
• Comfortable speaking with executives on calls.
• Interest in crypto and willingness to stay updated.
• Past experience meeting outbound quotas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and more.
• Make cold calls and conduct the first qualification with prospects.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with context for sellers.
• Leverage events to generate qualified meetings for the team.
• Document what works to build a scalable onboarding process.
