Job summary

Blockworks is a remote-first information platform delivering crypto insights and events. We’re seeking a proactive outbound sales specialist to drive qualified meetings with executives and leadership.

You will run outbound across email, phone, X, LinkedIn, Telegram and warm intros, make cold calls and qualify the first conversation yourself, and book qualified meetings with proper context for a smooth handoff. Base $60k–$70k, uncapped OTE up to $110k, with clear growth.

Qualifications

• You use AI beyond drafting emails and handle high-volume outbound.
• Rejection doesn't bother you and you're comfortable with executives.
• You find crypto interesting enough to follow on your own time.
