Job summary

Blockworks, a crypto information platform, is hiring two BDRs for outbound sales. This is a remote-first role with NYC office optional, targeting fintechs, exchanges, banks and crypto firms to set up meetings with our sellers.

You’ll outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and warm introductions, write notes to build a scalable process, and eventually drive qualified meetings; base salary $60,000–$70,000 with OTE $90,000–$110,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound BDR or similar roles.
• Ability to run multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Proven track record of booking qualified meetings.
• Comfort engaging executives by phone.
• Interest in crypto and fintech space.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and warm intros.
• Make cold calls and conduct initial qualification conversations.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with context for the seller.
• Leverage DAS conference to generate qualified meetings.
• Document what works to build a scalable outbound process.
