Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will foster strong relationships, provide guidance on opportunities, and reinforce the value of working with Adecco.

The role emphasizes achieving KPI/SLA targets, building a continuous talent pipeline, and coordinating with clients to match qualifications and culture. A strong service mindset and proactive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills; ability to learn new software.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and plan a workforce strategy.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future client requests.
• Extend offer of assignment and negotiate compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients; coordinate debriefs.
