Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment cycles. You will ensure satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and driving KPI metrics for top client delivery.

In this role, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle, coach candidates, and extend offers while coordinating with clients to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains pipeline.
• Attends to candidates and provides clear information about Adecco, offers, and guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Executes recruitment KPIs and client submission requirements.
• Prepares candidate summaries and maintains records in the tracking system.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates onboarding processes.
• Develops talent pipelines and recruitment strategies.
