Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment life cycles. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, recognizing top performers, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will be accountable for achieving KPI and SLA metrics to ensure superior client delivery. Responsibilities include recruiting, posting jobs, candidate interviews, onboarding, and building a robust talent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting and skill marketing activities.
• Post job openings across systems and monitor pipelines.
• Interview candidates, assess fit, and coordinate onboarding.
• Develop candidate relationships with active and passive talent.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLA targets for client delivery.
• Prepare candidate resumes and provide coaching for roles.
