Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong candidate relationships and meeting KPI/SLA targets.

The role emphasizes building a robust talent pipeline, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through onboarding. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to optimize placement quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record measured by customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation/bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and conducts post-interview debriefs.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding per client requirements.
