Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. This role focuses on delivering excellent client service, maintaining relationships, and meeting KPI/SLA targets.

The Onsite Supervisor will manage candidate interactions, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with hiring processes across client engagements. This position emphasizes performance, retention, and effective workforce planning.

• Extend offer of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and customers, including prep and briefing.
