Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will also be accountable for meeting KPI and SLA metrics to deliver excellent client service. The role emphasizes recruiting strategy, candidate screening, onboarding, and continuous pipeline

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years in service-provider industry preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and qualifies candidates.
• Assists candidates with resumes and interview prep.
• Completes candidate onboarding processes in line with client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
