Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure client delivery by meeting KPI/SLA targets and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.

You will administer job postings, conduct interviews, coach candidates, and support onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market to ensure pipeline quality.
• Assist candidates with information about Adecco, offers, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine fit.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for submittals.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in tracking databases.
