Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment processes. Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Acts as liaison and point of contact through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.
• Recruiting/Skill Marketing and posting jobs in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and supports resumes and interview coaching.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiations.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and conducts post-interview debriefs.
