Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction, meet KPI/SLA targets, and maintain strong client relationships across assignments.

The role emphasizes candidate engagement, interview coordination, and effective pipeline management, with a focus on service quality and compliance across the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required. A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred. Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills and the ability to learn new software are required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand the local talent market and implement workforce planning for a steady talent pipeline.
• Assist candidates with information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPI and SLA targets.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and match to roles.
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client needs.
• Perform searches using Adecco tools and refine as needed.
• Help candidates with resumes and interview prep for specific roles.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requests.
• Develop recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extend offers including compensation and bill rate; coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Conduct post-interview debriefs with candidates and clients.
• Screen candidates per laws and company policies; document candidate summaries.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in tracking databases.
