Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who will act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, maintaining strong relationships, and meeting KPI/SLA metrics to drive successful delivery.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Completes candidate onboarding processes per requirements.
• Builds and maintains candidate relationships and pipeline.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation/bill rate.
• Coordinates interviews with candidates and clients.
