Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor who will act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role drives client delivery by maintaining strong relationships and achieving KPI/SLA metrics.

You will administer postings, build talent pipelines, conduct interviews, coach candidates, and extend offers while ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding across the client lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven customer satisfaction, and ability to manage relationships with colleagues and management.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented with ability to learn new software.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Engages with candidates in person or online with clear guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and submission activity targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and assesses fit with client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches and analyzes results to meet needs.
• Assists candidates with resumes, prep, and role coaching.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and pipelines for future requests.
• Develops recruitment strategies and executes innovative talent-attraction methods.
• Extends offers, negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews and conducts post-interview debrief with candidates and clients.
• Performs second-level prescreening in compliance with laws and policies.
• Prepares candidate executive summaries for submittal.
