Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the employment liaison for candidates/associates throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignment life cycles. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and communicating the value of working with Adecco.

In this role you will manage posting administration, pipeline development, interview coordination, and compliance with local laws while meeting KPI and SLA targets to deliver outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate pipelines.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and company policies in prescreening.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and supports onboarding.
• Tracks KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality client delivery.
