Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will strengthen relationships, drive KPI/SLA performance, and ensure client satisfaction across assignments.

Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, pipeline management, and collaborating with clients to extend offers while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
