Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will maintain strong relationships, support performance against KPIs, and ensure client delivery.

You will administer job postings, conduct interviews, and build candidate pipelines, coordinating with clients and teams. Offer extension and negotiation are included, with compliance and development focus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing and admin duties across systems.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, both passive and active.
• Manage candidate pipeline and onboarding processes in line with client requirements.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation/bill rate.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
