Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, recognize performance, and reinforce the value of working with Adecco to ensure satisfaction and client delivery.

In this role you will manage job postings, conduct interviews, build pipelines, coordinate onboarding, and strive to meet KPI and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and collaboration.
• Excellent MS Office and database skills.
• Ability to build candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems.
• Forecasts talent market and builds workforce plans.
• Guides candidates through hiring and onboarding.
• Interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintains candidate records and pipeline.
