Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will drive satisfaction, performance, and client delivery by maintaining strong relationships, guiding candidates, and meeting KPI targets.

In this role you will manage job postings, pipeline development, and interviews, while coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Capable of problem resolution and task prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Responds to candidates in person or online with accurate information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates for client needs.
• Assesses fit and qualification against client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches leveraging Adecco tools and internet resources.
• Coaches candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Completes onboarding processes per client and company policies.
• Maintains candidate records in the tracking database.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for submissions.
• Maintains pipeline for future client requests.
• Develops and implements strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extends offers including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates candidate and client interviews and debriefs.
