Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison for candidates/associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment processes. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, communicating benefits, and meeting performance KPIs and SLAs for client delivery.

You will recruit, screen, coach, and guide candidates, manage hiring/onboarding, and build a proactive talent pipeline to meet future client demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented; able to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce to maintain candidate pipeline.
• Prepares candidates with information, guidance, and training; communicates clearly.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPI- and SLA-related targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Screens candidates for qualification, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Performs candidate searches using Adecco tools and internet resources.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client and company requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for submissions.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline for future client needs.
• Creates recruiting strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation/bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients; provides prep and briefs.
• Conducts debriefs post-interview with candidate and client.
• Ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws and company policies.
