Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure client delivery, and meet KPI/SLA targets with excellence.

You will administer job postings, conduct interviews, build talent pipelines, and guide candidates through guidance and development programs while supporting the client’s workforce planning strategy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• KPI and SLA awareness and adherence essential.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate records.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Ensures completion of candidate onboarding in line with client requirements.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintains pipeline of candidates for future client needs.
