Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure candidate satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and communicating the benefits of working with Adecco.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, building pipelines, interviewing candidates, and maintaining records while meeting KPI/SLA targets for client delivery.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in a service provider environment preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new software and manage data efficiently.

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Assesses candidate fit with client requirements and culture.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Meets KPI and SLA metrics for client delivery.
