Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for diverse clients, acting as a liaison through the full onboarding lifecycle. You will meet KPIs, build pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences on site.

You’ll conduct structured interviews, use ATS tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and timelines while ensuring compliance and high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders for multiple clients.
• Administer postings, conduct structured interviews, and provide feedback.
• Build candidate pipelines and coordinate onboarding with clients.
