Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for multiple clients in our local market. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle, provide guidance on offers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience within meeting KPIs.

In this role you will build strong relationships with clients and candidates, develop strategic recruiting plans, and leverage ATS tools and MS Office to manage workflow and reporting. A proactive, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources solutions is desirable.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders for various clients.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide candidate feedback.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates to meet client needs.
• Develop and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding and offer discussions with candidates and clients.
