Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for multiple clients, guiding them through the full onboarding lifecycle. You will work with hiring managers to define hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure accurate information and strong customer service throughout the process.

You will conduct interviews, leverage ATS and recruiting tools, and help optimize strategies to attract top talent while meeting KPI targets and SLA metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience in Adecco Group North America or staffing/HRS industries is desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships.
• Knowledge of employment laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders; administer postings in various systems.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding per client requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill specialized staffing needs.
• Ensure recruitment KPIs and SLAs are met and deliver exceptional candidate experience.
