Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for multiple client job orders, ensuring a strong candidate experience and KPI achievement. You will act as a liaison through the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, build pipelines, and deploy client-specific strategies.

Responsibilities include administering postings, conducting structured interviews, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years recruiting or related experience.
• Experience in staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
• Familiarity with employment laws, rules, and ATS usage.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for client job orders across roles.
• Administers job postings in various systems and engages candidates.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback to candidates.
• Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline and relationships.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Partner with clients to define hiring needs and strategies.
