Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates, manage the onboarding lifecycle, and meet KPI targets. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across multiple roles and industries.

You will administer postings, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through offers and onboarding, while leveraging Adecco tools and market insights to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
Experience with Adecco or similar staffing firms is desirable.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates to fill multiple client job orders.
Conduct structured interviews and provide candidate feedback.
Manage onboarding and submission processes per client requirements.
Build talent pipelines and partner with hiring managers.
Negotiate offers and coordinate candidate onboarding.
