Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard candidates for multiple client assignments. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage job postings, conduct structured interviews, and build a resilient candidate pipeline to meet SLA KPIs and client needs.

You will leverage ATS tools, market insights, and strong communication to deliver a superior candidate experience while ensuring compliance and timely placement across industries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or relevant experience.
• Desirable experience within Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and manages candidate communications.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback and next steps.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of candidates to meet client needs.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to define requirements and strategies.
• Onboards candidates according to client and organizational requirements.
• Leverages recruiting tools and market insights to address staffing trends.
