Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to manage sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for multiple clients. The role emphasizes KPI and SLA performance, a strong candidate experience, and strategic collaboration with clients to align hiring needs.

You will build pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and drive recruitment plans while ensuring compliance with employment laws and Adecco processes. This is an onsite position focused on delivering top talent and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Desirable prior experience within an Adecco Group North America unit or staffing/human resources solutions industries.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting across job orders for clients.
• Administers job postings in various systems and ensures candidates receive accurate information.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback on next steps.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of candidates to meet client needs.
• Partners with clients to define hiring needs and develops recruitment strategies.
• Extends offer and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates client interviews and candidate debriefs to ensure alignment.
