Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting experience are required.
• Experience within Adecco Group North America or staffing HR is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships and networks.
• Knowledge of employment laws, rules and regulations, and ATS usage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates and provide feedback.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Develop recruiting strategies to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client requirements.
• Leverage sourcing tools to identify top talent.
