Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for diverse client orders. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding, ensuring KPI targets and strong candidate experiences.

You will build strategic recruiting plans, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and market conditions. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing industry is desirable.
• Ability to build strong candidate and associate networks.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings in multiple systems and manage candidate inquiries.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and assist with resumes and interview prep.
• Analyze hiring needs and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
