As the onsite recruiter, you will build a robust candidate pipeline, conduct structured interviews, and advise on market trends to meet client hiring needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders for multiple clients.
• Administer and post jobs in various systems.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide feedback to candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to meet client demand.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and develop recruiting strategies.
