Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for client job orders and manage the full lifecycle from posting to onboarding. You will act as the client liaison, meet KPIs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

You will build pipelines, conduct structured interviews, and work closely with client teams to define hiring strategies, leverage ATS tools, and ensure smooth onboarding and integration into client projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate networks.
• Strong communication, results-driven attitude, and customer service orientation.
• Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office suite.
