Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Technology Support Analyst to join our Palo Alto office (onsite). The role runs Monday–Friday 10:00 am–6:00 pm and focuses on software, hardware, network services, and security systems, delivering high-level customer service and collaboration with local and central teams.

You will assist with onboarding, training, and maintaining firm policies while providing reliable tech support for attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of related tech support experience with Microsoft Windows and Mac environments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Citrix, NetDocuments, Litera ChangePro.
• Ability to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responds to local and central helpline, logs tickets, and escalates when needed.
• Provides application support for local and Citrix-based apps.
• Installs and troubleshoots hardware and peripherals.
• Supports remote site access and AV setup.
• Maintains inventory and documents loaner equipment.
