Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates seeks a Technology Support Analyst for its Boston office (onsite). You will provide technology support across software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile devices, audio visual, telephone and security systems, delivering high levels of customer service and accurate reporting.

The role reports to senior technology staff and involves responding to helpline tickets, offering local and Citrix-based app support, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac Environments, NetDocuments, iPhone and other mobile devices, DTE, Litera ChangePro.

Responsibilities

• Responds to local and central telephone helpline, supports tickets and e-mail, logs all calls and resolves or escalates as appropriate.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Assembles, installs, configures, tests, images, troubleshoots and repairs hardware and peripherals.
• Provides assistance on technology allowance purchases for attorneys.
• Supports laptops and desktops, assists with remote site access and Firm's audio visual set up requirements.
• Maintains data room components and networking issues in conjunction with the Technology Manager/Supervisor.
