Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Technology Support Analyst for its Boston office. The role is onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, providing technology support across software, hardware, and infrastructure.

The candidate will assist with local installations, Citrix applications, and remote site setups while collaborating with central resources in White Plains. Strong customer service and security awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and Mac Environments.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation skills to resolve problems.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of security practices and confidentiality in handling firm data.
• Flexibility to travel and adapt hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Responds to local and central telephone helpline, supports tickets and e-mail, logs calls, resolves or escalates as needed.
• Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
• Assembles, installs, configures, tests and repairs hardware and peripherals.
• Maintains data room components and troubleshoots networking issues with the Technology Manager.
• Supports all personnel adds, moves and changes and maintains inventory records.
• Provides basic induction training on technology systems and software usage.
