Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP seeks a Technology Support Analyst for our Palo Alto office. The role is on‑site with a 10:00am–6:00pm schedule, collaborating with the central technology team to manage software, hardware, and network services.

You will provide support for local installations and Citrix applications, assist with hardware repairs, and help with site access and equipment management. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in technical role and 2 years of specialized training.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac environments and common business apps.
• Experience supporting Citrix-based applications and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to local and central helpline, support tickets and emails; log and escalate as needed.
• Provide application support for local installs and Citrix apps.
• Install, configure, test, image, and repair hardware and peripherals.
• Assist attorneys with technology purchases, repairs, and remote site access.
• Maintain data rooms, data closets, and troubleshoot network issues with Tech Manager.
• Support moves, add‑ons, changes; manage loaner equipment and inventory.
• Enforce security policies and provide basic software training from global modules.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and clear communication.
