Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in Chicago seeks a Technology Support Analyst to provide local office technology support across software, hardware, network services and AV. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday 10:00 am–6:00 pm shift.

You will work with Firm's central resources and local teammates, handling tickets, providing user training, maintaining inventory and ensuring security of systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant tech training or experience.
• Strong knowledge of Office, Citrix, Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience supporting software, hardware, networking and AV systems.
• Excellent customer service, communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responds to helpline, supports tickets and emails, logs calls and resolves/escalates.
• Provides local and Citrix-based application support.
• Assembles, configures, tests and repairs hardware and peripherals; supports remote sites.
• Maintains inventory, assists with onboarding/offboarding and ensures security practices.
• Delivers basic technology training and supports AV setup and meetings.
