Job summary

Call Your Mother is hiring a General Manager in Miami to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team performance at our deli hub. You’ll drive profitability while maintaining hospitality, safety, and quality across front- and back-of-house.

You’ll manage schedules, coach staff, and implement CYM values to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. A weekend-ready, bilingual leader with a ServSafe certification will excel here.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience and understanding of running a busy shop.
• Strong understanding of P&L, COGS, labor, scheduling, training, and food quality standards.
• Current ServSafe Manager certification and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop from opening to closing.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Maintain CYM standards, safety, inventory, and budget progress.
